Urgent Care Clinics
You can access any CVS Minute Clinic, Ingalls Quick Care (Crestwood location only), and additional urgent care clinic locations for walk-in clinic/urgent care visits providing easier access to urgent care when needed and if you don’t live near the University of Chicago Medical Center.

The following locations provide University of Chicago Health Plan Pharmaceutical health care services, allowing you to receive the advantage of your prescription pharmacy benefit.

Primary Care Physician Selection
As part of your coverage with the University of Chicago Health Plan, a Primary Care Physician (PCP) must be selected for each of your family members. Your PCP is responsible for coordinating all of your health care benefits covered under plan.
